CPAH Board Retreats
Since 2012, Commonworks Consulting has facilitated the strategic plan update and annual board retreat for Community Partners for Affordable Housing. The day-long retreats were preceded by extensive pre-planning, including meetings with the leadership team and staff. After the retreat, we produced succinct reports with tools for follow-up work and timelines to track progress.
